Superb course but unfortunately I had cramps at about 1.5K
Because of leg cramps I had a hard time on this route
I thought I would not finish but my perseverance paid off.
I had a very slow race and injured myself by continuing after the swim.
I can still remember the feeling of joy and relief as I cross the finish line. SWEET
